the hospitality services of the staff is excellent. I particularly like to praise the warm and intimate services of the staff Summer who welcome us into the hotel. She helped us a lot in particularly helping us to get a taxi and reserved a seat for us to enjoy the live performance at the Horizon Bar. She also advised us to go to the top floor to have a Panasonic view of the city. Added bonus is that we have a FULL Moon to share with on the white Valentines. The diligence services of the front desk staff Hin also deserved our prasse. Overall, the service is excellent despite that the hotel wasn't a new one.

The property was lovely and clean. Our room was clean, comfortable and spacious for our family of three. We booked the deal with dinner and breakfast included and the food was really good quality. The evening that we attended was a seafood buffet night and nothing ran out, everything was fresh and there was no shortage of beer, wine and soft drinks. There was live music courtesy of two singers and they were so good! What made the stay incredible was the service from all of the staff including Vicky at check in (who allowed us to have our room three hours early!) to the staff at the buffet restaurant. Everyone was so helpful and well mannered. We were even sent complimentary fruit! We will definitely stay here again.

Room is large, hotel is we'll kept. Beds are comfortable although not the best from what I've tried in china. Locations is good if you want to be in the middle of town. Pool is great for sports swimming with lanes included.

The location, the staff, and the facilities. My special thanks to Jessie, she works in the front desk. The morning we arrived, she helped us to check in. Her service and customer service were excellent.

Room was upgraded & gotten a bigger room. Though it’s nice & spacious the facility is a bit dated.
